As per description mentioned in nykaa this product do not work same it’s just an ordinary shampoo not more then that it’s not color shampoo its written fake in nykaa app
When no result found I asked for return
The person from nykaa talk with me in inappropriate manner and instead of solution he tried to proof that they r not wrong and no refund will be process.
I have a question if app is selling products from any brand people read description then why you give details if it’s not true so company is wrong here and I strongly believe that I’m eligible for refund and I will get it back.
