I booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to Mangalore on 30th september on Travolook which immediately got cancelled and I recieved an email from them saying the amout will be refunded (attaching screenshot of the email). I have been following up with them since then, but no response. I am waiting for the money so that i can book my tickets again. It is a huge amount and collected through savings. Please help me get the refund sir/madam.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
