Complaint regarding completion of project and penalty

We give a project with legal binding of rs 20,000 to rxxxxa , she is from 8, Dhobi Ghat Qtrs, Sunehri Bagh Lane, Dhobi – 110011. The project is of 7 days days and she have to complete the project but after her time is over then we come to know that she not done the project as we outsource her . now we tell her to pay the penalty charges but she is denied for the same. please help and do some legal actions against her.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
