Complaint regarding service denial by car driving school

I booked for car driving lesson for my son on 25th March, 2023. They asked me to pay Rs.6,000/- for 20 classes drving lesson for Creta and Seltos car. I told them i will pay Rs.4,000/- and assured them to pay the balance after classes are concluded. They were to start driving classes from next day that is 26th March at 10 am. When we called on 26th, he said all vehicles are gone for other lessons and they will later in the day. When i protested that they had agreed for 10 am as per the form they send a car around 11 and took class for just 7.5 kms and dropped back. When i requested for class again on 1st April at 9 am they asked for balance payment first. The issue is that the owner is rude and wants all payment upfront with no commitment of classes as per agreed time. Today on 2nd April, they did not come for driving class till full payment is made. I am now seeking a solution for either they committing for all classes to be taken as agreed or for a refund of my amount. The owner is very arrogant and most rude person to have a conversation. While he is quoting that in registration form it is mentioned that full payment has to be made upfront, he is least bothered to talk about or honour the commitment in the form of a slot for driving and neither they give a copy of registration form to the customer.
