There is a Jawa Bike showroom at Baguihati, Kolkata where worst service is given at all time and such a nonsense peoples are sitting there with no manners among them and in terms of service, zero % service is given by them and these types of product dealers should be banned from the marker. I purchased bike on January, 2020 and this showroom owner representatives made the name mistake on my RC. After repeatative reminders, they are doing nothing.
2nd complaint: during my 3rd bike service on August, 2021, there were certain problem arose in back wheel socker and after completion of 6 months of that service, no replacement is being done by them while complaint was made during the service time on August,2021
so, need immediate strict actions against them so that as a compensation, I want full money back of Rs-191000 from them immediately.

in tirur jawa showroom i have a worest experience faced.i gived my bike to service but they have no responsability.i went the service area to watch my bike reparings then suddnly security came and shouted me dont stay here go and the labour also said even iam the owner of the bike.Then I noticed that labor is doing work with phone calls . his one hand on the phone and one hand on my bike.they have no resbonsiblity.tirur jawa showroom have more irresponsiblity.after the service my bike condition is bad
