Complaint regarding non delivery of PAN Card by courier company

I applied for a new pan card a month ago and it is mail by your company that it is being prepared and send the online copy of it but after approx 15days I check its status and it saws that it has been picked up on -26 mar-2021, I checked the status at your officials site and there was showing that pan card is delivered but also it’s been a month but didn’t got any delivery by you or not any calls for delivery. please take a quick action regarding to this,check it again there is something missing by yours and deliver it again quickly as soon as possible.
