Complaint regarding non-delivery by zopnow

Placed an order with zopnow.in but did not receive any order confirmation. Amount got deducted
Value: 627. I placed an order with zopnow.in today (13 apr 2021) worth Rs 627. After amount was deducted there is no order confirmation nor i see any details in the site. When i try reaching their customer care @02261502422 there is no response. Looks like i am cheated. Pls do help in this regards.
