No response received from customer service tried all channels of available support mentioned

Need assistance from them related to a product I have recently purchased. Have been daily calling messaging the team for the issue but receiving no reply.

Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not.
