I had booked a flight from Bengaluru, which was on 26th April, 2021. Due to some reason I had to cancel the flight, so I raised a cancellation request from paytm app on 23rd April(3days before journey). After raising the request, I received an acknowledgement email from paytm saying that they have received the request and it will be processed in 48hrs. But till 26th I didn’t received any update. When I checked with airAsia, the told that they haven’t received any cancellation request and because of no-show only taxes will be refunded. And the amount paytm refunded was 0. Clearly this is a bug in paytm app or delay from their side because of which cancellation request didn’t reached airasia, and because of their mistake I shouldn’t bear the loss. I have the acknowledgement email which I will attach here. Even after constantly complaining, paytm is not giving me any resolution. Please look into this issue and help me to get my refund.

1) Acknowledgement from Paytm for Cancellation request
2) Airasia support mail saying no-show refund
3) Email from paytm where it says I have received 0 refund.
