Complaint regarding refund from amazon

I have ordered a product from Amazon. But due to some issue they have issued me a refund of Rs.13,999. But has not issued me my refund. The refund issued me by Amazon was on 11-12-2017. And my mode of payment was through debit card. They have issued me the refund of Rs.13,999 but refund is not issued by the bank. I have called them many times but they are not picking up my call. I have also mailed them all the information but still they are not responding.
