I have ordered a product on 20th June 2022 on AMAZON but due to size issue I placed the return request which got accepted but no one came to pick the order and it got cancelled. Then i again did the same and no one came then too to pick the order and agent not even picked my call both the time. I have contacted Amazon customer and then they scheduled the pickup on 11th July 2022 and same goes here too NO ONE CAME TO PICK THE ORDER. I want my refund of Rs. 698 which is the value of my order. My order is by this name “The Souled Store Bird Pattern Womens and Girls Graphic Printed Cotton Skater Dress Blue”. I want my case to be resolved asap because i have paid for the order via Amazon pay later and the due date for its repayment is nearby otherwise penalty will be charged and if so happens penalty should be borne by Seller himself. I want my money back and seller have to pay me the opportunity cost as i have wasted my time here , i could have otherwise spent my time on my work.
