We had booked two air tickets for flight from London to New Delhi, operated by Jet airways . The flight was scheduled to depart from London on 5th May 2019. flight number was 9W121. the cost of two tickets was Rs 53,136/ . this flight was cancelled by the airline at the last moment and we had to book an expensive flight to return to India as our visa was expiring soon. Inspite of our calling many times and repeated emails, neither Jet airways nor Goibibo [the booking agent] responded. We have not received any refund till now.
