I ordered Fastrack Streetwear Watch no 38068PP04 on 15th June from the TataCLIQ site. Received the parcel on 17th June, when we opened the box it was found to be empty, there was no Watch inside. It was very shocking and disappointing to experience such a blunder from TataCLIQ. Already submitted a ‘Box opening’ video as proof from my side but TataCLIQ closed the case without resolving and there was no constructive answer to it. Also submitted the tempered box photos and it has 2 layers of a TataCLIQ sellotape which means someone from the warehouse or the courier company must have fiddled with it. It’s already a month now but no satisfactory response from TataCLIQ. If these big and so-called trusted names are cheating people like this then where a common person like us should ask for help.
