Received incomplete product from ajio. Value: 414

I have ordered an kurta palazzo set from brand avaasa order id from ajio but I received only The kurti . The filed the complain on The same Day but ajio closed by complain after 2days saying that from their side they have delivered The full product. Neither the product can be exchanged nor being accepted for return. Very bad customer service Fraud
