Refund from Peachmode – Rs.1,599/-: Ms. Pooja Singh of Bangalore 560029, Karnataka made a purchase from Peachmode.com for rs. 1199/-and returned it as she dint like the product and opted for a cash refund. Instead of giving money in her account they gave a store credit and said that cash refund will not be provided as the product is not damaged. so I was bound to buy another product. After many days Ms. Singh ordered another product of rs. 1599 and wanted to return it due to color variation but the merchant came up the excuse that multiple exchanges cannot be allowed. Customer posted her complaint with ICF on 26-03-2018 and the matter was taken up with Peachmode. The issue finally got resolved as the customer got her money back by 20-04-2018.
