Complaint regarding Tikona services

I subscribed to Tikona services on 6th April 2017. I paid Rs 1330 for the first month. It was told that Rs The Tikona agent named Prince setup up our connection for 6MBPS and further assured that the company will upgrade the speed to 10 MBPS with few weeks. Instead of getting this promised fast speed, what we faced was truly deplorable. Our broadband had frequent down times and the speed was never more than 1 MBPS, most of the time it was so low that we couldn’t complete tasks which required simple browsing. It forced us to use our mobile internet or at times go to office to get work done. Starting 10th April I gave multiple calls to the customer care, Prince guy (the agent who setup the connection), and many other tikona agents. I have screenshots of atleast 5 requests made on 12, 17, 19, 25 and 27th April, none of which got any reply. So post April we decided that it was no use calling the customer support and started using our Jio sim as hotspot. This doesn’t end our misery.

On 26th May, tikona generated another bill for the month of May which totalled to 1322. I outrightly denied paying this amount and wanted refund of the amount I already paid for which no services were provided. Post this began the period of era of harassment, threat calls, SMSes, emails, calls from customer support and finally today from someone from Delhi court. Is this how Tikona Serves its customer, generates value? On looking around the internet its very easy to find out the I am not the only victim of this online fraud. There are hundreds of answers on Quora, multiple threads on Consumer forums and literally a group named Tikona Fraud forum addressing the mass fraud run by Tikona. I understand consumers using the services and then not paying but here is the case where the services are pathetic and the company wants to make revenue by threatening its customers to file legal case against them because most of them are too involved and busy in their lives to take on these proceedings. I request consumer forum to help me solve this. This is my BAN 132709052
