We Bought 32″ Samsung LED TV From Camtec (Camtech Security Solutions, 29 Ground floor, City Centre Plaza, 3 Annasalai, chennai-600002. ) on 1st june 2017 and it will be received on 6 june 2017 via anjani courier tracking no. 1982492607. when we got package packing was worst. i have never seen that type of packing in my life. when i was open box TV was fully damaged. and we noticed one thing this is duplicate product of Samsung. There was only Stick logo of Samsung and no any information attached with TV. also packing box are non branding. only mentioning LED TV on box. we contact courier company they told me that’s not our fault ask your seller for damaged. when we contact camtec sales executive person who get my order at that time he told me you can send back it. when we ask him you don’t have send receipt and your address how can we send back. then he told me he send address by message. but we wait long time time call him again and they told me he was busy in function call me after 2 days. when we call yesterday 08/07/2017 he talking rudely and told me that is not our fault. our responsibility till only material dispatched after that we don’t have any responsibility for goods. so this is totally unfair business. so please take action against him and help me for refund from his company.
