Refund from Industrybuying – Rs.34,190/- : Mr. Donboklang Khardewsaw of Shillong 793001, Meghalaya purchased a projector from Industrybuying but received a defective product. Customer immediately contacted industrybuying by sending photos of the product. However, there was no support from them to resolve the issue. The customer posted his complaint on ICF portal on 30-12-2017 and the matter was taken up with Industrybuying. After follow-ups and guidance to the customer for legal steps, the company arranged reverse pick-up of the product and arrange refund on 20-02-2018.
