Naaptol sent me wrong, defective and used product

On 27 July 2021, I had purchaed Royal Chef 15 Pcs Snack Maker sold by: Khodiyar Plastic Rajkot DS through Naaptol.
But Naaptol had sent me the Nita Kitchenware product. And moreover, not only had Naaptol sent me the wrong product but also Naaptol had sent me a defective product & also a used product (There was some rice flour inside the  Nita Kitchenware Snack Maker).  I had to face a lot of trouble & make several calls to the Naaptol Customer Service Agents. The agents assured me that I would be given rs 500 Voucher within 24 hours but again & the Naaptol voucher agent refused saying that the voucher cannot be given because the warranty is over for the said product. When I question the Naaptol against how he can say that the warranty is over, when Naaptol has first of all sent me the wrong product. The Naaptol agent was stubborn & he hung up the phone saying that warranty is over. I even warned the Naaptol agent that as per current Consumer Laws in India, if Naaptol is at fault then they have to pay a compensation of rs 10 Lakhs or 2 years imprisonment or rs 50 Lakhs or 5 years imprsonment.
Request the authorities to look into the issue at the earliest.
