No replacement for fused Wipro LED bulb under warranty

Wipro led bulb fused under warranty condition but not replacement. Value: 330
Sir I bought Wipro Garnet base B22 15 Watt led bulb from Amazon .After some time it get fused, now it is under warranty condition. Invoice Number : IN-SCCF-1486290
Order Date: 20.10.2020 Invoice Details : WB-SCCF-1004-2021. I had also complained to Wipro customer service. but there is not hearing. Whose Ticket No : 20210809355. I requested to please provide service.
