I had ordered 2 kurtas from Myntra on July 21st, which were meant to be delivered on July 31 and Aug 3 respectively.
After order was processed, I received the message that my Kurta has delivered while we didn’t receive it. I ordered it for my Mother at a small place called Raisinghnagar (Rajasthan), while I stay in Mumbai. When I reported this to Myntra, they mentioned that order was already delivered and someone delivered it at my name. I explained Myntra that authorization isn’t done properly and package has been delivered either someone just randomly or the delivery boy didn’t deliver and just signed the package.
Myntra closed my request thrice and I had to fight back to get the request opened again and again. They say they are still working on it. This thing happened to both the kurtas delivered at same location.
I want to cancel this order, get my refund back and just get rid of these consistent followups which are creating unnecessary trouble for me.
