We purchased Woven Daily Wear Blend Saree Yellow colour on flipcart before 40 days and payment send online Rs 799/- but when receive product product quality is very low we just ragister refund request online our product refunded and we sms found flipcart your payment is credited dated 16 aug 2019 in your bank account after 16 aug we have many many complain log in customer care but till date no any action. flipcart custmomer care says again again please check your bank bia reference no- QUR27823219524. I confirmed with bank many time also we have checked our bank statement many time but not credited our refund amount.
I hereby request you please take neccesory action in this regards.
