Regarding defective watch from Club Factory

No refund provided and blaming the customer. Value: 2200. I ordered watch online from club factory which was not working properly I returned it they did not provide me the refund and said that the watch was broken by me and I have provided them with the photos but still they have not initiated the refund and are blaming me
