Sir let me give you a brief about the product which I have ordered a sofa on 6th of March 2021. I have ordered a sofa at the furniture fair. And I have received this sofa after several follow up and I have received it on 11 of April. Which was more than a month. The quality of the sofa is very worst and the condition of the SOFA what they delivered was unsticted. Once it got delivered I have immediately reported that there are many stitches removed. Which doesn’t look like a new product and is not worth what was paid to the consumer.i have attached the video for your reference and the picture of the Bill receipt
However Since April 11th 2021, I am following with many people to get this resolved and I have also personally visited the factory and spoke to few executives who is the manager of this concern about this quality issue and they treated me as unprofessional and used abused words and moreover, he was very rude with customer and very stubborn on this statement that he could not able to replace it. and finally they taken the sofa and they brought down the sofa in the same condition. They have agreed to replace a new one. still they have not replaced it. Still the tepai was not provided to me . I have paid a money but I have not received the Product yet.
But still, this was not been replaced yet. I was not at all happy with your product.
I need some help to fix this issue. and I wanted a replacement of money or else either a compensation benefits. I really don’t want this company to display their product in the Furniture Fair.
After so many followup there is no response from these people and I am into the depression stage for not fixing this issue
