Regarding service at Gangar Eyenation

In the name of quality and procedures they deliver spectacles with 7 days of time lag. How does it feel if you roam like partially blind for continuous 6-7 days? Am a customer to Gangar eyenation airoli branch since last few years. However i have also got better service and delivery experience than this time. When i simply asked them to take my suggestions and highlight it to their management, the person at the counter took it so personally that he started explaining the procedures and other stuff. I mean as a old customer i was already aware about it and need not hear it again. I only asked them for their support in speedy delivery, however he couldn’t listen to what i am saying and continued his explanations. I feel cheated after placing the order this time when i came to know about other brands doing business in Airoli who give urgent deliveries within 3 working days. I would definitely switch over to other brand in future, however i wanted to bring this into your notice so that these guys should receive a strong feedback and look forward to improve their service.
