I am not happy with No broker services. Biometric executive came at my place and could not complete my biometric due to some technical issues. In this situation why I should pay the extra charges for another visit? Is this something not in anybody’s hand.. hence as per curtsy or better customer experience no broker should ask executive to revisit and do the needful.
Instead of asking for extra charges it has to be completed within the charges which already paid for completion of rental agreement and visit for biometric.
If this is not the case I am really not happy and won’t recommend anyone to g for no broker, also ensure everyone in my company to not avail services as its not trust worthy.
