Complaint regarding defective product from Amazon vendor

I put an order on Amazon.in on 16th March 2017 . The product is RK mobiles tempered glass for reliance jio LYF F1. I received the product on March 25. On that day when I opened the packet it was found that the product is damaged. It was broken. Under such a situation I contacted immediately to customer service and told them the fact. They told me to send snapshots of broken product. After two days I again contacted with them and wanted to know the latest . They said an investigation was in progress against me as I always told them the disputed product I received. After this I again contact with them on Mach 31. They said me investigation going on. Till the date I contacted several times with them but no positive result get. I want your help to solve the matter.
