With great faith I purchased a lenovo laptop vibes 920 worth Rs.1,40,000 within 22 days I came across excessive over heating and I am unable to use it in fear that so much of heat can corrupt my so premium costly device…I went to the dealer in Emall and also in the lenovo service centre but they are not believing and accepting my problem instead they are exlpaining me technically that its quite normal heat. I want to get a replacement with a fresh one…Pls help me out I am unable to purchase a second one so costly…pls help me
