Complaint regarding Dell laptop service

I purchased Dell premium laptop Insprion I3 but after a month the laptop started giving over heating problem and then i raised a alarm to Dell and their engineer replaced the heat sync but still, the problem persists. So the 2nd engineer replaced the motherboard which was already used because the bit locker was enabled on it and he told me that its refurbished and not new. But still, the problem wasn’t solved so I asked Dell to fix this as it’s too dangerous to use this laptop because of the overheat but their support team keeps denying the issue and not providing me any solution.
