Paytm not delivering product nor cancelling order

I have ordered two earphones from paytm , on 11th of oct . One got delivered on 14 of october and one was shown out of delivery on 16th of october . I didn’t reiceive the order . Tried to contact the number provided by paytm to contact delivery guy , didn’t connect . Then …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
