Hotel charging more than MRP for cold drinks

I am taking one cold drink or thumsup from India hotel .thumsup mrp is 14.00rs but he took charge 17.00 rs I m ask this to owner of the hotel why you are charge more than mrp his ans is I am taking 3.00rs more for cooling charges. I m telling him it’s wrong but …
