A refund of 14,999 was successfully processed on 27th dec 2019 by amazon india , this amount should have been added to my account till now but i have not received it till yet . I have called sbi customer service and visited branch but no help , i charge dispute the transaction but bank …

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
