Defective Oneplus 7 Pro delivered by Amazon vendor

I have received a defective product from Amazon, after paying 52999 for the phone. They are not heeding to any requests or mine nor is Oneplus. Please help me with this case, as they are literally cheating us by sending a defective product to us and expecting us to recognise the defect within 10 days …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
