Refund from Red Bus / Travel services for changing bus service: Ajay Shunmugam of Chennai – 600096, Tamil Nadu had booked a bus ticket for travel from Chennai to Coimbatore on 14-03-2013, 10 PM. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address.
