Refund from Housefull – Rs.4,420/-: Mr. Arnab Sircar of Kolkata, West Bengal had ordered for some furniture with Housefull. Out of many items one sofa was not delivered and Mr. Sircar raised a complaint with Housefull. Due to delay in delivery, the customer asked for cancellation and refund. However, the company did not respond or act even after many emails. The customer posted his complaint with ICF on 04-12-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. The customer got his refund by 10-12-2015.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
