Money deducted by Mobikwik without valid reason

On april 4 2018, i added inr 5000 to my wallet linked to mobile no 9xxxxxxxxx3 but only rs 1 had been added and remaining 4999 had been deducted showing ‘wallet debit against bank transfer recovery’ there is no invoice or detail of deducting money. mobikwik had just stolen my hard earned money of 4999 …
