Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not. He approached ICF on 16-04-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. Finally, customer got refund on 11-05-2018. Udupi 576101, Karnataka

Complaint against AutoIndia for non-receipt of dues: Mr.S.K.Gupta of Noida, who was contracted by AutoIndia to work as an Auto Expert for their web portal http://www.autoindia.com, had posted a complaint in the Forum on 19-08-2009 with regard to non-receipt of his dues from AutoIndia. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Shoposum – Rs. 699/- : Mrs. Rashika of Bangalore, Karnataka ordered fastrack watches from Shoposum website. The watches ordered were Fastrack brand but when she opened the courier they had delivered a local brand watches. She raised return return request as mentioned in their website but there was no response from them. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 10-05-2018 and the matter was taken up with them.
