Jio mobile service plan of Rs. 399/- denied

I recharged my Jio with plan of Rs. 399/- as the plan validity had ended on 29.04.2019 from paytm UPI. The recharge was successful however, Jio customer care is denying service stating that my transaction was declined. The amount was deducted from my paytm UPI 9490538909@paytm. Screenshot attached. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered.
