Regarding order with shopkipers app

I saw offers in shopkipers app .so i booked 2 fastrack watches instead of that igot 2 local brand watch. That local brand watches only 300 rupees. But i paid 1200 rupees. i am so worried about this matter .i call for helpline no but it is switched off .i can’ t not also refund …

Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
