Broker not giving service, hard earned money down the drain

I am an Army personal and I paid 3500 to no broker 1 week back for premium package to rent out my house. I used to get more calls from clients before i opted for premium. I got one call from the No Broker rep with really some vague information about interested party.

TNo Broker has given 1 Week one lead. With this speed it will take one year to put my property on rent. I asked for refund but got no reply, guess that money is simply gone down the drain. Will further post on social media so other people dont get cheated.

I bought olx premium today and immediately started getting more inquiries
