Charged extra money by shopkeeper.

I went to a grocery shop called Kavya in Infocity supermall today. I brought things totaling to Rs.329 but I was asked to pay Rs.545. I was extremely unwell at that time and hence failed to notice this and paid the asked amount. I feel so cheated now. I’ve been going to that shop since that last 6 months and once more they’ve charged me an extra sum but due to unavailability of proper grocery shops in Infocity I’m bound to shop from them. They never give receipts so now I can’t go and talk to them about it. Please help me out. Where can I complain about this?

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
