I purchase one plus 7 pro by @phone express he told me for advance first there is no cod for any product he told me that he deliver through amazon or flipkart directly so that there is no cod when i transfer 5000 to his account he told me that i will give tracking id to next day when i text him he is not rplying to me his acc no is 91xxxxxxx0. account holder name vxxxxxxi dxxxxi his whats app no is. pllzz sir resolve my issue with this fraud.
