I have made two orders in club factory ( an online shopping app) and I have received duplicate/ imitation of OE brand bluth tooth wireless hewd set of JBL and other product is dress and a wrong dress delivered .
1) dress red, an inferior and differed product delivered
2) JBL head set , delivered an imitation of JBL – duplicate product delivered.
I have placed return request on which the courier guy has taken dress against head set and the same was rejected for refund by club factory where I have no role to play when the courier guy took a wrong product & as a customer IAM not aware of which product the courier guy has come to pick
It is over a month and club factory has not facilitated for return and refund
