Complaint against eshopokart for non-delivery

I paced a order in this website 10 days back and made the payment via UPI for Rs. 10,000. After the payment, no one is answering my calls and there is no progress for my order. I almost tried to call 300+ times till date and there is no response. I LOST MY MONEY

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
