Complaint against Fisheshop for non-delivery

I have ordered some fish from fisheshop.com which is an e-commerce site for aquarium fish. Ordered on 9th October 2020. There is no update about this from them. Then I enquired through whatsapp and got reply like not able to delivered . Then asked about refunding the amount. Till now they didn’t refund and status as pending only. I continuously following up and after that not replying and no call is picking. Now almost a month over. Now I understand like this lot of people’s are facing same issue from this fisheshop. So requesting to ban this trading from this website. Please take appropriate action so this will affect lot of people’s in future. I lost my money. I don’t want to repeat the same to  new person which they don’t know about this scam.
