Complaint Against Health Total weight loss service

My complaint is against Health Total. I took the ten week package with Malad
West center. While joining they take a pre-payment of the services they are going to provide and there is no refund of the amount if you are not satisfied with their service or do not want to continue with the service and this I came to know only after I asked for the refund of the amount for the service I did not avail.
Further, I was promised an assured 8kg weight loss.in total 8 weeks I did not lose a single kg the weight fluctuated less than a kg. They claim to work without crash diet but my food chart was reduced to boiled chana for lunch and other stuffs. Also they gave me some unrecognized Ayurveda medicines which I feel did more harm than benefit. I was sent to a new dietitian every time I visited. Plus all they were interested in was selling their low fat aata and products. When I informed I did not want to continue and asked for refund I was made to attend endless calls after calls. Their “assured weight loss” is a scam.
I wrote them email and tried to contact over phone but of no use they did not revert my emails or my calls nor did refund my money for which I had not availed any service. I am just asking for the amount of which I have not availed the service i.e Rs 10000 and not the complete amount i.e Rs.16000.
