Complaint against Jabong.com for not accepting returns

They are not taking returns for some of the products from this order, saying that it was during some sale period. Even though the same products, are now even at cheaper rate than when i bought is showing as returnable/exchangeable with their 15 day return policy.
When i was buying the products, putting them in my cart, it never was once mentioned they are not returnable but now after delivery its showing like that. However they agreed to exchange them, but they do not have the sizes available also. So now I’m stuck with the products which is of no use to me, since they are not taking returns/or even exchanging them. They cant be cheating customers like this, cant be running a scam like this. There are total of three products out of which i want two of them to be exchanged and one to be returned.

All the products right now is showing as returnable/exchangeable at this point in time.
