I have been cheated on a online purchase from Rocking Deals Private Limited Delhi.They are fooling people offering discounts and say surplus stock.I happened to order a speaker system f & d t60x original proce on Amazon was 9500 vs rocking deals offer at 7500 I reconfirmed and they said it’s open box but surplus brand new stock.I was in a shock when I paid 7390 online after negotiations with them I got the product.When it came in the mail it was a piece of junk with non functional speakers all corners of the speaker damaged.Electronically it was unfit and aesthetically totally damaged.Its been a month since I’m following it up with them.They are totally fooling consumers and taking them for a ride. They say will get me a refund but have to wait and I have been waiting with no confirmation. They have stopped taking my calls now.I am very sad to loose my hard earned money.Trust comes with this kind of loss is very saddening.just to save 2000 rs I ordered this from these crooks instead of Amazon.I would please request your esteemed association to please help me in this regard.I have all the pics and mails exchanged between me and the company which was so least bothered about a consumer suffering because of their ignorance.i have received the unit with no warranty though they promised me a 3 month warranty and completely in unusable condition.They have cheated me and sent me a unit which was tampered and not in usable condition.
