Complaint against Snapmint for non-delivery and EMI charges

I have ordered a Printer(samsung 2876) from “Snapmint” between 11th Jan 2020 and i have paid an Amount of Rs 3,650/-  towards “DOWN PAYMENT”. There Estimated Delivery was 27th Jan 2020 which was too long, then also i waited till 27th Jan 2020. I called them on 27th Jan 2020, they told me that my ordered will be delivered by night 09:00 PM, which didn’t delivered. The next day i.e., on 28th Jan 2020 i called them several times and then they received my call and told that due to some Technical Issue my order got Delayed, so i told them to Cancel the order. I started Receiving the EMI messages which is to be Paid on 03rd Feb 2020 which is an amount of Rs 2,008/-. Now, how should i pay the EMI without receiving my product or getting any update of the product. I request to other Guys Please don’t trust on these people. Below i have attached the Calls History
