Complaint against tailor for delay in delivery

Not returning dress for 2 years. Value: 2500. I have given 2 dresses for alternation the dress cost will be around 2500rs.Its been 1 and half years she didn’t return the dress, whenever i called her she gave false promises and above 3months she is not attending my calls or opening her shop either. I don’t know want to do. It will be helpful if you can do anything.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
